Sarah (Cillie) Wilhelm, trainer and owner of Virtus Equine Stables, provides top quality training and instruction to riders and horses of all ages, abililty, experience and skill levels.

Our services and training/lesson packages are customized and tailor made to meet the individual needs and goals of every horse, rider and owner.

Sarah and the Virtus Equine Stable is dedicated to the development of each horse and rider accordingly. We concentrate on building a solid foundation by teaching the basics of horsemanship where students learn the necessary skills to care for the horse on a daily basis, grooming, handling and tacking up.

Whether you want to ride and learn for fun and enjoyment as a hobby or you want to train and compete seriously, we can cater to your needs and make your dreams a reality.

We offer lessons from first time beginners to advanced and competitive riders.

Sarah, who has an extensive and diverse background in many equine disciplines specializes in the developement and training of young sport horses in all the major disciplines such as hunters, jumpers, equitation, dressage and eventing.  

Sarah worked on the race track as an excercise rider for hall-of-fame trainer,  Bob Baffert, and excels in the development of young thoroughbreds as they transition from the racetrack into the show arenas.

Virtus Equine has a super selection of quality horses for sale and for lease at affordable prices.

Virtus Equine has a successful consignment sales program where horses are trained, advertised and shown until they are sold.

We also offer layup and monthly care packages.
